Addition of Great Room and Redecoration of Bridal Suite

We recently added a Great Room which offers an air-conditioned/heated smaller space for more intimate gatherings or to enhance the comfort for a large party as well. My inspiration for this Great Room was David Easton's country house on Haverstraw, my favorite house ever. His Great Room was set up with fireplaces on either end and a circular entry table in the middle. Brides have found that the circular table is great for displaying the wedding cake, and the seating by the fireplace is a comfortable place to chat. The farmhouse table close to the kitchen provides a great spot for a buffet.
